ACT.367 - motivation.

DB training today . things were a little messy at the beginning . but i hope all is fine .

well , quite a lot of people think they've got leadership . or at least think others have great leadership . actually , all that is bullshit . Leadership is never a simple term to be used to describe just anyone . it's a far more complex term that can be used .

However , Leaders are always needed in this environment of ours . And the mistake of appointing the wrong people in a committee or a team , will result in unsatisfying consequences. and i dare say , i'm a freaking lousy leader .

Well , DB training is great , not many came , but at least the juniors experienced how rowing should be . i bet it was a very fruitful experience today . =)

life is resuming to how it should be , and that's great . haha , just that it's kind of smooooth , kind of not ups and downs. YES , DOWNS ! ==> EXAMS !

i've gotta find a job soon or something . find a source of income . cause it's time to SHOP once again . jeans , shoes , and 2 BAGS . i can't go on using each bag for 5 years . haha . people keep complaining about it . esp sec sch dudes in the past.

$$$$ and a car , i'll be so satisfied. haha . but of course i rather achieve them myself .
