ACT.495 - give me yesterday once more.

i hear the cheering. the waves created by the current.
i took 2 deep breaths.

Focus , i tell myself.

are u ready - calls the announcer. " attention .... " then sounds the horn.

we rowed like never b4 , for our pride and glory, all 20 men.

at a moment , i thought , this was it. WE ARE gonna be FIRST. no way god is pranking with us.

in the last few seconds , the boat beside us came up by centimetres.

then it all ended. losing by 0.3 secs.

today i woke up , feeling all lost. asking myself, has it all ended ? is this it ? i felt lost in my usual day of work.

singapore river regatta 2006 has concluded. but not us.

thank you all. our dream is not gone . yet.
