i just watched this movie in school . [ see see , Ngee Ann rocks . ]
my Review : David Dunn [ bruce willis ] was involved with a drastic passenger train accident however , he was the sole survivor . After this disaster , he was approached by a stranger ,Elijah Price [ Samuel L. Jackson ] who strongly believes in relationships with comics and reality .
After the meeting with this haunting stranger , David Dunn gradually discovered that Elijah's theory is reality . That David Dunn is a hero . Unlike comic books or superheroes , he possess simple abilities or rather , just an aura that helps to protect people around him.
The theory became reality , and David followed just like what comic heros do . Save people . and after appearing in the papers as an unknown man who saved 2 kids after their parents are murdered , he droppped by to visit Elijah .
However , there is a major twist in the story . Totally Unexpected . and it's ultra spooky .
I was watching this thriller , i wasn't really engrossed however , these 2 actors like as if telling me : " hey , stay . there's more . " and after i watched the last part , i was totally spooked . You couldn't believe the ending . and you couldn't even believe it's a true story . i was definitely impressed . Ya ya , the comic books stuff was kind of crap . I guess the actors covered that loophole up.
However , the best movie is still A Moment to Remember . this korean love story is so so so so sweet , but it can leave u in tears [ HEY , it's a KOREAN MOVIE , don't expect NO TEARS ] . However , it leaves u with a convincing ending . Not a sad ending .
Let me ask a question . Must all the leading roles in korean shows , DIE ?! or get some weird disease ??? MUST THEY ?!
I was watching this Lovey Dovey korean drama [ becos at work , i'm so so bored . ] it's called Springtime . The usual stuff , before a couple get together , they will like meet for some weird reason , and then go through a few obstacles b4 falling in love with each other . And then they start dating . And the girl is gonna get some weird disease . I watched only 4 discs , but i saw this girl suddenly fainting twice . and yeap , i bet it's a freaking disease and she's dying.
SO PREDICTABLE .
but the same feeling when i watched these 2 feelings . You go : "awwwwww." and " ARRRRGGGHHH!! "
awwwwww because they are so sweet and loving , and u feel that the world is so so beautfiul with love around .
ARRRRGGGHHH because , shit , i'm still single and i can't possess this sweeeeetness . that doesn't mean life sucks though . =)
I got my pay today . and it freaking sucked . $4 per hour . i want to kill myself . i want to do modelling . but i don't wanna see that freaking gay. ARRRRRRRGGGGHHH!!
